Self Time & Storage
Store in a clean, dry place. Temperature of 4-26°C and 40 to 50% relative humidity are recommended. To obtain best performance, use this product within 18 months from date of manufacture.
● Good adhesion and cohesion: The tape has excellent adhesion performance, ensuring a strong adhesion between the tape and the surface it is attached to. In addition, it also exhibits good cohesion, which means that the tape can be firmly bonded together without easily separating.
● High tensile strength: Tape can withstand significant tensile or tensile forces without breaking or deforming. Its high tensile strength ensures durability and resistance to tearing or tensile elongation under pressure.
● Low elongation: The elongation of tape is very small, which means that it can still maintain its shape and size when subjected to tension or stretching. This feature is crucial for ensuring that tapes maintain their integrity and functionality over time.
● Clean removal from various surfaces: It must be possible to remove the tape cleanly without leaving any residue or causing damage to the surface below. The Jiuding tape is specially designed to easily and cleanly remove surfaces such as ABS, stainless steel, glass, and painted steel, without leaving any adhesive marks or residues.
● Please note that the specifications of Jiuding tape are provided based on its testing, but absolute results cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Before fully adhering, it is best to test the tape on a small inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility with the surface and the required level of adhesion and removability.
● Please remove any dirt, dusts, oils, etc., from surface of adherend before applying the tape.
● Please give sufficient pressure on the tape after applying to obtain necessary adhesion.
● Please store the tape in cool and dark place by avoiding heating agents such as direct sunlight and heaters.
● Please do not stick tapes directly to skins unless the tapes are designed for the application to human skins, otherwise a rash or adhesive deposit may arise.
● Please confirm carefully for the selection of tape before in order to avoid adhesive residue and/or contamination to adherends that may arise by applications.
